First Day Sales Policy
On the first day of event ticket sales all available tickets are opened on the Paciolan system at the announced time. The Show Me Center box office, phones (573-651-5000), and Internet online orders, (www.showmecenter.com) all have access to the pool of tickets. Sales of these tickets are based on a “first come, first serve” basis across all ticketing locations. There is no seating location advantage by purchasing tickets at the Show Me Center.
Many of the major touring events have presales or exclusive sales to selected groups (fan club, subscribers) prior to the public on sale. These programs are not controlled by the Show Me Center and affect the availability of seating in various locations when sales are opened to the public.
All ticketing sites charge convenience/service fees. In most cases the ticket price includes sales tax and facility fee.

Cancelations & Refunds
If a show is canceled and is offering refunds, refunds will be given at point of purchase. If purchased by credit/debt card the refund will be automatic and will post to your account 10-14 business days after refund was processed.
If the show is postponed or rescheduled, refunds will only be given if promoter gives permission.
Refunds will be available less applicable fees for all canceled or rescheduled shows.
Group Sales
A special marketing mailing list is available to shows offering group discount tickets. Contact the Box Office for complete details.
Disabled Seating
The Show Me Center reserves accessible seating for disabled patrons for all ticketed events. If you have special needs due to a disability, whether permanent or temporary, please indicate your need when you contact us for tickets.
Red Seat Club
Join the Red Seat Club for just $50*!
-Purchase tickets before they go on sale to the public
-Choose which events you want to purchase
-Purchase the same seat for all shows you choose.
*$50/seat for the Red Seat Club (one time yearly fee) + Cost of Event ticket.
Doesn’t include GA shows, roll ticket events or SEMO Athletic events.
