The Show Me Center Board of Managers plays an important role in helping identify and facilitating events and activities for the greater Cape Girardeau region. The Board serves as a platform for the University and the City of Cape Girardeau to exchange ideas about regional events and to identify opportunities for collaboration that can enhance tourism and community activities. The Board consists of six members: three appointed by the Cape Girardeau City Council and three by the Southeast Missouri State University Board of Governors. Each member serves a three-year term.
